Last month I have released the latest version of the HMC 4.0 sizing tool; as you have read in the disclaimer, this is an unsupported tool and I strongly recommend you to position it as a starting point for your sizing workshop.
To make it easier to use and customize I have also built the HMC 4.0 Sizing Tool Delivery Guide.
I strongly recommend you to read it carefully, then you can start using the tool.
I'm looking to update it regularly so you should monitor this page for future updates.
